This sparked an international incident that was only resolved after Presidog brought the Japanese Prime Minster his slippers.

The fiftieth White Teenagers With Problems comic! I’m going to celebrate by going to bed extra early and waking up to find out what the new iPhone thingy is all about. NOW THAT’S HARD LIVING FOLKS.

I can’t say I was ever a huge fan of this game, but I can definitely respect its place in gaming history.
I did like how when Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts came out, you could call up Microsoft and say that you didn’t get the download code for Banjo Kazooie XBLA that you should have got when you pre-ordered Nuts & Bolts, and they just gave you a code for free. Thanks for the eight free copies, Microsoft!
I’m not built for physical tasks, I can barely move a pen properly!
Speaking of which I did this one by hand, just like the old days. It was fun to revisit but man did I miss being able to hit Ctrl-Z every three seconds.
Today’s comic is modeled on the awesome comics by Mister J, who really should be super famous by now. I’d link to his website, but he doesn’t have one, which may go a long way towards explaining why he’s not super famous.
OK I have to admit I cheated a little here.
I knew I wanted to start doing “Daisy The Moo Moo Cow” comics, since I always loved her when I made Plant-Man + Flowerin’. Then I realised I never put up what I always considered my favourite Daisy comic that I wrote for Groovy Gravy back in 1994, so here it is.
Brett Williams did the art for this, and last I heard he’s living on some remote island somewhere and not making comics any more. This is, frankly, crap. He should be doing more comics! Agh. Such a talented guy. I hope he doesn’t mind.
Silly Presidog, everyone knows the best Olivia Newton John movie is Xanadu anyway.
Partially based on a real conversation that happened in my office when I found out the news.

You know those seeing eye pictures that you have to go cross-eyed a bit to get what the image was? Magic Carpet had a mode that let you play in that mode ALL THE TIME. I spent ages flying around in the game with my eyes twisted like pretzels just to see the 3D effect.
I wear glasses now.
I do this a lot, I guess that’s why the neighbours are always surprised to see me still alive.
I’ve long said that the big problem with game reviewers (and I was the worst example of this) is that they have no life experience to use when reviewing a game besides a life spent playing video games.
I think a review of FIFA by a football referee is far more interesting than a standard review. There was that piece on 1UP last year where they got real Yakuza to play Yakuza. That was awesome! I’d love to see an archaeologist play Dig Dug. Or a story writer play Scribblenauts, etc etc.
